Service Description

NutriGym provides AI-powered personalized meal planning services to gyms and fitness centers. Our service generates nutrition plans based on member-provided information and delivers them via email in PDF format.

Subscription Terms

Pricing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed annually per branch

• Prices are as displayed on our pricing page

• Payment is due upon subscription activation

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each annual term unless canceled at least 30 days before renewal. We will notify you of upcoming renewals via email.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Transmit harmful code or malware

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access

• Resell or redistribute our services

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of NutriGym are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. White-labeled materials remain our property but may display your branding.

NutriGym meal plans are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice. Users should consult healthcare professionals before making dietary changes. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriGym shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
